Excellent Stay, but the Visitor Charge Needs Reconsideration
Overall, everything was perfect and I really enjoyed my stay. However, I was disappointed by the US$50 charge applied when a guest has a visitor accessing the accommodation area. While I understand the need for security and proper visitor management, I feel the charge is quite high. It affected my overall experience and discouraged me from spending more at the hotel. Best Adventure at Royal canaan hotel
A Truly Exceptional Stay at Royal Tulip Nairobi! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My time at Royal Tulip Hotel, Nairobi has been so wonderful and great. It is my first time in such a beautiful, modern, machine-operated hotel and it created for me an environment of peace and quietness which has refreshed my mind a lot. Only inside the room everything is so complete - nice showers, toilets, everything in order. I love white colors and I see it here a lot in bedsheets, towels etc. This is a clear sign that all things are in order and cleanliness is a top priority. I want to give my sincere congratulations to the entire team for their joy, unity and unwavering coordination. This serious teamwork is what will make me consider bringing my team from South Sudan for a retreat next time, God willingly. Special thanks to: Mr. Sammy - The Supervisor: A great leader. Very active and attentive to customers. Thank you for your excellent coordination. The Restaurant Team - Sheila, Deborah and Nelson: The ladies and gentlemen who serve and take orders.
